madang Terms and Policies
Please read these Terms and Policies carefully before using the website. By using it, you confirm that you accept them and agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

www.koreamadang.com (the “Website”) is provided by FIRASS SION SRL, a company registered in Romania under number RO 38641738, with its registered office at Strada Dealul Tugulea nr. 77, Sector 6, București.
1. Conditions of use
These conditions apply to how you may use the Website. By accessing it, you confirm that you are legally able to accept these Terms and that you will use the platform in line with all of our policies.
2. Access
Access is allowed on a temporary basis. We may withdraw or change the services we offer without notice. We are not liable if the Website is unavailable at any time. You are responsible for making sure that anyone who accesses the Website through your internet connection knows these Terms.
3. A directory without accounts
madang is a directory for finding Korean businesses in Europe. There is no sign-up, login, payment or booking. Directions is a link that opens Google Maps with the business location only. madang does not read your current location.
4. Misuse
You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans or other harmful material. Doing so may be a criminal offence under the Romanian Criminal Code. We will report any such breach to the competent authorities.
5. Free to browse
Listings can be read free of charge. There is no account to create and no membership fee. A business can ask by email for its listing to be corrected or removed.
6. Business information
Names, addresses, opening hours and photos are public business information. We may correct or remove anything that is wrong or infringes someone’s rights.
7. Bookings and payment
madang does not take bookings and does not take payment or membership fees on the site.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the Website and how it is put together are reserved by FIRASS SION SRL. You may print one copy for personal, non-commercial use if you credit the source. Using any automated system to extract data from this Website is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Website. madang is not responsible for the acts or omissions of partners listed on the platform.
10. Jurisdiction and governing law
The courts of Bucharest, Romania, have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim. These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
11. Trade marks
We expressly reserve all rights in the domain www.koreamadang.com, the name “MADANG”, our logo and related trade marks. Other trade marks and company names on the Website belong to their owners. Using them without the rights holder’s prior consent is prohibited.
12. Links to this Website
You may link to our pages for non-commercial purposes if you do so in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation. The linking site must not contain illegal, adult or offensive content. You must not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw permission to link without notice.

We are not liable for damage caused by denial-of-service attacks, viruses or other harmful technology. madang is not liable for loss of revenue, profit, data or business opportunity, even if foreseeable. Content may contain typos, which we may correct without notice.
16. Countries served
This Website is intended mainly for users in Romania and Europe. Access from elsewhere is at the user’s own risk. madang is not responsible for compliance with local laws outside its main jurisdiction.
17. Changes
We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website. Continuing to use the platform after notice means you accept the new conditions.
18. Jurisdiction and governing law
Any claim relating to use of the Website will be decided only by the courts of Bucharest, Romania, under Romanian law.
