The website www.koreamadang.com ("Website") is provided by FIRASS SION SRL, a company registered in Romania under number RO 38641738, with its registered office at Strada Dealul Tugulea nr. 77, Sector 6, Bucharest.

Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide without notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, our Website is unavailable at any time. You are responsible for the security of your password and login details. 5. Users and Members (B2B Partners)

• Visitors: Can access general information free of charge.

• Members (Partners): Companies wishing to promote their services must create an account and pay a membership fee. All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

6. Posting User-Generated Content (UGC)

Partners may post content (text, images) through the interface provided. We reserve the right to refuse publication or remove any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes copyright. The views expressed in UGC belong to the user, not MADANG.

7. Booking and Payment Conditions (Membership Fee)

MADANG does not process direct bookings for visitors. Payment is applicable exclusively to Partners in the form of a membership fee (subscription).

• Billing: Tax invoices are issued through the Oblio.eu system and sent by email.

• Refund: Since we provide digital content immediately, the payment of the membership fee is non-refundable after the service is activated, according to OUG 34/2014.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Website and Content (except UGC) are reserved to FIRASS SION SRL. You may print one copy for personal, non-commercial use, provided you mention the source. It is prohibited to use any automated system ("screen scraping") to extract data from this Website.

9. Limitation of Our Liability

The Website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Website will be free of errors or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the Website. MADANG is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Partners listed on the platform.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The courts in Bucharest, Romania, have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim. These Terms are governed by Romanian law.

11. Trademarks and Intellectual Property

We expressly reserve all rights to the domain name www.koreamadang.com, the name "MADANG", our logo, and associated trademarks. Other trademarks or company names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners. It is strictly forbidden to use them without the prior consent of the rights holders.
